STEP 1- HOMEPAGE
-Select which house you would like to stay at.
Our Surf House at Estagnots has been our home for the last 3 summers (2020, 21, 22). It is well established, has a homely feel, and is a short stroll away from the world renowned Les Estagnots beach.
Our Surf House at Bourdaines is our exciting new edition for 2023. It has been recently renovated, full of potential, and is a short stroll away from the famous Bourdaines beach.
Both houses are the same price, same package, same vibe.
STEP 2- LANDING PAGE
-Select the number of guests staying.
Note; The price of a double room changes depending on if 1 guest is selected or multiple guests are selected. This is because there is a surcharge if 1 person reserves a double room just for themselves.
-Select length of stay. 7 days or 14 days.

-Select from the available dates
If the dates you wanted are not available, you can send an email to info@swsurfhouse.com. Sometimes the beds are pending payment and may become available shortly.
-Assign guests to accommodation
Shared Accommodation- If you and your group would all like to be in the same room but the beds are not available you can leave a note when you reach Checkout. We will do our best to make sure everyone is happy. If you are a guy and the only bed left is in the Girls Dorm, don’t worry just book it and leave the rest to us
Private Accommodation- Price is per person. If only one guest is assigned to a private room, there will be a sole occupancy surcharge. For example, if 2 people book a double room in June it works out as €595 per person. But if only one person books the room for themselves it works out as €830.
STEP 3 SURF LESSONS
Select if you or someone in your group would like to request surf lessons.
Surf Lessons will always be booked for the day after you arrive.
If you are not sure if you need lessons don’t worry, this step is just a REQUEST, not a confirmed reservation. After you confirm your reservation with us, you will then be contacted by email with more information on the surf lessons. Then you can choose to RESERVE the surf lessons if you wish. Payment is made directly to the Surf School not to us.
Note; Surf GUIDING is already included in the price. This is for Surf LESSONS.
Surf GUIDING is our experienced surf guides selecting the best time and place to surf for each session. They are then available to give valuable instructions such as the best place to wait for waves, if there are any currents/hazards, what board you should be on etc. Most of the time the Surf Guides will be in the water with you sharing waves, giving feedback etc.
If you have never surf before or think you might need a refresher on how to stand up/ paddle for your own waves, then we suggest booking at least one Surf LESSON (the more the better). The prices start at €37 for one 90-minute session. These are carried by a great local Surf School close to the house.
STEP 4 TRANSFERS

Pricing
When you select a transfer, you will only be charged per group of 8 people for each transfer. For example, if you select a transfer from Biarritz and there are 1-8 people in your group, you will be charged €60 (one van load). If there are 9 people in your group, you will be charged €120 (2 van loads).
We provide this service for convenience not for profitability. That is why the pricing is per VAN LOAD not per person. We aren’t interested in filling a van up and charging everyone €30 a head, we just want to get everyone here without running at a loss. This works out great for you if you are booking for 2 or more people.
For one person you may end up paying €60 for one transfer but bear in mind; that’s cheaper than a real transfer company or taxi, and sometimes there may be another guest who books the same the transfer. That being the case we will split the price evenly and refund you the difference.
Bordeaux
We do not offer transfers from BORDEAUX Airport. We suggest taking the shuttle (every 30 minutes) to Bordeaux Train Station then there is a train line that runs from Bordeaux to Saint Vincent de Tyrosse (our closest train station). From there we can arrange a transfer for €25 per van load.

STEP 5 GUEST INFO
Please enter the names of each guest arriving
This step can be skipped if you want, which is handy for big group bookings (or if you are in a hurry). Before arriving we will contact you again and ask for each guests details.
STEP 6 SUMMARY
A summary of what each guest has booked.
If the names don’t match up with the rooms, don’t worry.
Note: Transfers are only charged once per 8 people
Note: Surf lessons are not charged here. They are paid directly to the surf school in Hossegor.
STEP 7 CHECKOUT

You also have an option to enter a discount code here. All return customers get a 10% discount code. If you don’t have it, don’t worry we will add it later, or contact us by email and we will provide the goods.
You will now see the total price of the booking including any discounts.
STEP 8 PAYMENT PAGE
A 30% deposit is required to confirm booking
IMPORTANT: Once you click BOOK NOW on the previous page, you will have 4 days to pay the deposit before the booking expires.
We offer Credit Card payment or Paypal. If you require another method just send us email info@swsurfhouse.com
Once deposit is made you will receive a booking confirmation email and access to your “Customer Portal” which holds all the details of your booking/ itineraries/ invoices etc.
That’s it for the moment. You will be contacted again just before your arrival with check-in details plus information on the remaining balance of payment.
